IRC Command Summary
These commands may be used by typing them exactly as shown in any Frontier Capital Group channel or partner channel.
Market Information Channel Commands:
- !q <ticker> - Retrieves a Realtime ECN quote for specified ticker.
- !mq <ticker> - Retrieves a Realtime ECN quote for specified ticker and returns it in private message.
- !damage <ticker list> - Retrieves the 52 week damage (% off of 52 week high) for the tickers specified
- !52wk <ticker> - Retrieves 52 week high and low for specified ticker.
- !range <ticker list> - Retrieves intraday range for specified tickers.
- !float <ticker list> - Retrieves the float for the tickers specified
- !sharesout <ticker list> - Retrieves outstanding shares for specified tickers.
- !marketcap <ticker list> - Retrieves market capitalization for specified tickers.
- !pe <ticker list> - Retrieves P/E ratio for specified tickers.
- !div <ticker list> - Retrieves dividend information for specified tickers.
- !divy <ticker list> - Retrieves dividend yield information for specified tickers.
- !sales <ticker list> - Retrieves sales/share information for specified tickers.
- !ptb <ticker list> - Retrieves price-to-book information for specified tickers.
- !pte <ticker list> - Retrieves price-to-earnings information for specified tickers.
- !pts <ticker list> - Retrieves price-to-sales information for specified tickers.
- !ebitda <ticker list> - Retrieves EBITDA information for specified tickers.
- !bookvalue <ticker list> - Retrieves book value information for specified tickers.
- !fib [ticker] <low> <high> - Calculates Fibonacci levels for the specified ticker between the specified high and low
- !pivot <ticker> - Calculates pivot points (R1, S1, R2, S2) for specified ticker.
- !si <ticker> - Displays short interest for the specified ticker
- !sif <ticker> - Displays short interest and float for the specified ticker
- !sof <ticker> - Displays shares outstanding and float for the specified ticker
- !lookup <partial company name> - Look up specified company's ticker
- !mm <Market Maker ID> - Look up a specified Market Maker ID
- !top [arguments] - Island Toplist - Possible arguments are: vol, +, -, +%, -% and can be used in conjunction with the prefix 'AH' to specify afterhours data only. (e.g.: !top AH+ would return afterhours point gainers only)
- !pmi - Retrieves Nasdaq-100 Pre-market Indicator.
- !ahi - Retrieves Nasdaq-100 After-hours Indicator.
- !news - Retrieves the last 3 news headlines for specified ticker.
- !mnews - Retrieves the last 3 news headlines for specified ticker and returns it in private message.
- !stt - Displays a brief tick and trin summary for the NYSE and Nasdaq.
- !stats [argument] - Displays a brief market summary.
- !mstats [argument] - Displays a brief market summary and returns it in private message.
Possible arguments are:
- No Argument: Complete US Market Update
- nasdaq, nasd, nas: Nasdaq Update
- nyse, ny: NYSE Update
- vol, volume: Volume Update
- foreign, for: Foreign Market Update (Very Long)
- !futures (!futs) - Retrieves realtime futures.
- !sfutures (!sfuts) - Retrieves shorted realtime futures.
- !nikkei - Retrieves a listing of asian indicies and related information
- !metals - Retrieves a price list for precious metals
- !earnings [date] - Retrieves a listing of ticker symbols of stocks with earnings for the specified date. Format for date argument is +1 for next day, and so on.
- !econ [date] - Retrieves a listing of economic data for the specified date. Format for date argument is +1 for next day, and so on.
- !whisper <ticker> - Lists a company's earnings whisper number, earnings date, and actual earnings in the channel
Alert Commands:
- !alert <ticker> <+|-> <price> - Add a realtime alert to the bot
- !-alert <ticker> <+|-> <price> - Remove a realtime alert from the bot
- !reset <alert id> - Reset an alert so that it can be triggered again
Favorites Commands:
- !favs [username] - List favorites for [username] or for yourself if no username is specified
- !+fav <ticker list> - Add tickers to your favorites list
- !-fav <ticker list> - Remove tickers from your favorites list
- !clearfavs - Clear your favorites list
TradeBot Commands:
- !buy (!b) <ticker> [price] - Post and record buy of specified ticker at price. (Uses a Realtime ECN quote if no price is specified)
- !sell (!s) <ticker> [price] - Post and record sell of specified ticker at price.
- !short (!ss) <ticker> [price] - Post and record short sell of specified ticker at price.
- !cover (!c) <ticker> [price] - Post and record short cover of specified ticker at price.
- !exit <ticker|longs|shorts|all> - Exit a position, longs, shorts, or all positions simultaneously.
- !close <ticker|longs|shorts|all> - Exit a position, longs, shorts, or all positions simultaneously.
- !exitall - Exit all positions simultaneously.
- !totals [username] - Display trading totals for [username] or yourself if no user is specified.
- !open [username] - Display open positions for [username] or yourself if no user is specified.
TradeBot Message Commands:
- /msg TradeBot logon <username> <password> - Logon and register with the trade posting and voice bots.
General Information Commands:
- !leaders - Lists the channel's top traders for the day
- !today - Shows the channel's trading statistics for the day
- !time - Displays the current time.
- !calc <equation> - Does a calculation.
- !convert <fractional price> - Converts a fractional price into a decimal.
- !spell <word> - Verifies spelling of a word and suggests alternatives.
- !define <word> - Gives a URL to the dictionary.com page for a definition.
- !weather <zipcode> - Request current weather information based on zipcode.
- !rules - Lists the channel rules in private message.
- !feedback <feedback> - Send feedback to Frontier CG.
- !todo <todo item> - Used to make a suggestion regarding a potential new feature.
*Note: The previous commands also work in private message to Bankster, our channel information bot.
